Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only. All orders include free standard shipping.

Processing times
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery
Delivery typically takes 3–8 business days after dispatch. Processing and delivery estimates are separate. Delays caused by carriers, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

Shipping addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at sk@wahwah24.com. We can’t guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has begun processing.

Tracking and delivery issues
Tracking information can take time to update after dispatch. If your order is significantly delayed, marked as delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, email sk@wahwah24.com with your order number so we can help investigate.
